Professional overview

Accurate value when it matters most

Adnan Salam founded Boston Appraisal Services in 2011 to deliver appraisals that lenders, attorneys, and investors rely on when a transaction or legal matter depends on an accurate value. As CEO and a Certified General Appraiser, he leads a team serving clients across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Maine while continuing to handle complex residential and commercial assignments himself.

Much of his work involves significant financial and legal stakes, from valuations that must clear lender underwriting to reports that support attorneys in estate, divorce, and tax abatement matters. Investors also rely on his analysis to understand the value of complex properties before they commit capital.
