About Us

We are offering a valuable Business Analyst Internship opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in business analytics and the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct research on market trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
Help document business requirements, workflows, and technical specifications for ongoing projects.
Collaborate with team members to optimize appraisal management and client service workflows.
Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Attributes:
Eager to learn and take initiative.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Interest in real estate or appraisal services (preferred but not required).

Chief of Appraisal Operations and QC, Chief Appraiser-
Appraisers, Boston, MA: Oversee all residential valuation reports, quality control and oversight.
- Compute final estimation of property values, taking into account such factors as depreciation, replacement costs, value comparisons of similar properties, and income potential.
- Prepare written reports that estimate property values, outline methods by which the estimations were made, and meet appraisal standards.
- Valuation duties will include research and evaluation of all aspects of single family, condominium and 2-4 family residential property appraisals.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to identify real estate market trends.
- Involve in property analysis of information provided by clients and third-party vendors, market analyses, analyze current market conditions, analyze any adverse issues with the subject property and/or the market.
Bachelors or Equivalent (Will accept 3yrs College + 2yrs of experience as equivalent to Bachelors) in Social/Political Science, Economics, Arts, Business or related with two years year of experience in alternate job titles such as: Chief of Appraisal Operations and QC, Chief Appraiser or related.
